What is Mobile RO?
Mobile RO water treatment systems integrate reverse osmosis technology on containers, trailers or fixed frames. These systems are fully assembled at the factory and shipped to the site. Unlike traditional fixed plants, they can be commissioned within 24 hours by simply connecting power and water.
Mobile RO systems are ideal for disaster zones, emergency response after earthquakes/floods, construction sites, military operations, temporary industrial use and seasonal facilities. They can also serve as temporary solutions during maintenance or capacity shortages.
Our mobile RO units can transform well water, seawater, tap water and even surface water into drinking quality. With PLC and SCADA automation, remote monitoring and operator-free operation is possible.

How is Mobile RO Commissioned?
Mobile RO system is commissioned in four simple steps when it arrives on site. First, the container or trailer is placed in suitable location. Power and raw water supply are connected.
In second phase, pre-treatment units are started. Water passes through sand filter, activated carbon filter and 5 micron cartridge filter to protect the membrane. Third step, high pressure pump starts and water is directed to RO membranes.
The system reaches stable output quality within 1-2 hours and starts producing drinking quality clean water. With UV disinfection option, microbiological safety is guaranteed.

Mobil RO sistemleri sahaya teslim sonrası 24 saat içinde devreye alınır. Konteyner yerleştirme 1-2 saat, elektrik ve su hattı bağlantısı 2-3 saat, test ve kalibrasyonlar 4-6 saat sürer. Acil durumlarda ekibimiz 48-72 saat içinde Türkiye'nin her noktasında olabilir.
Mobil RO sistemleri çok geniş bir su kaynağı yelpazesinde çalışabilir: şebeke suyu, kuyu suyu, deniz suyu (özel SWRO membranlar ile), yüzey suları (göl, dere) ve hatta arıtılmış atıksu. Kaynak suyunun karakterine göre ön arıtma konfigürasyonu özelleştirilir. Ters ozmoz teknolojisi hakkında daha fazla bilgi alabilirsiniz.
İhtiyacın süresi belirleyicidir. 1-6 ay arası kısa süreli ihtiyaçlar için kiralama avantajlıdır (afet, şantiye, mevsimsel). 1 yıl ve üzeri sürekli ihtiyaç için satın alma daha ekonomiktir. Belirsiz vadeli ihtiyaçlar için kiralama sonrası satın alma opsiyonlu sözleşmeler de mümkündür.
Standart mobil RO sistemleri 380V trifaze elektrik ile çalışır. 100 m³/gün kapasite için yaklaşık 15-25 kW güç gerekir. Şehir şebekesinin olmadığı uzak bölgelerde dahili jeneratör opsiyonu mevcuttur. Bunun yanı sıra solar panel destekli hibrit modeller de tasarlıyoruz.
Hayır, mobil RO sistemleri tam otomatik çalışır. PLC ve SCADA kontrolü sayesinde operatör gerektirmez. Uzaktan izleme ile sistem performansı, üretim debisi, kalite parametreleri ve alarmlar internet üzerinden takip edilir. Periyodik bakım için ayda 1-2 kez teknisyen kontrolü yeterlidir.
Mobil RO çıkış suyu TDS değeri 30 mg/L'nin altındadır ve TS 266 İçme Suyu Standardı'nı sağlar. Türk Standartları Enstitüsü standartlarına uygun, içme suyu kalitesinde temiz su elde edilir. Üstelik UV dezenfeksiyon ile mikrobiyolojik açıdan da güvence altına alınır. İsteğe bağlı mineralizasyon ile tat ve sağlık değerleri optimize edilebilir.
