We have established turnkey treatment plants in various sectors including textiles, food, automotive, paper, and chemicals; we serve a wide capacity range from centralized treatment systems in organized industrial zones (OSB) to single-plant packaged systems.
We have reference projects reaching OSBs from all corners of Turkey to the Middle East and Europe with our own manufactured MBR, SBR, MBBR, packaged sewage treatment systems, and RO units. We are with you not only during installation but also with long-term operational support after commissioning, remote monitoring via SCADA, and 24/7 field intervention.

Our Company's Story
Rooted Engineering Tradition
Arsistek started its journey in 2014 as a small engineering office. Our first project was a biological + chemical treatment plant with a capacity of 100 m³/day for a slaughterhouse in Denizli.
In 2019, we established our own factory, achieving the position of packaged treatment and equipment manufacturer. We began working on centralized treatment projects in 2018. Since 2020, we have expanded into international markets.

Wastewater Treatment Process

Wastewater passes through coarse screening and grit chamber — large particles, stones and sand removed. pH and flow measured.
Equalization (flow/load balancing), coagulation-flocculation (PAC/alum dosing), primary clarification — 80%+ TSS removal.
Aerobic biological treatment — activated sludge or MBR. 95%+ BOD/COD removal. Nitrification-denitrification for nitrogen removal.
Ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis remove bacteria/viruses and dissolved salts. RO permeate reaches potable quality (conductivity <50 µS/cm).
UV (40 mJ/cm² dose) or controlled chlorine dosing achieves 4-log pathogen inactivation. Ready for discharge or reuse.
Treated water returned to plant (cooling tower, washing, CIP), landscape irrigation, or controlled discharge. Lower carbon footprint.
