Arsistek Arıtma A.Ş. is an engineering firm with 20+ years of experience, providing industrial wastewater treatment solutions across Turkey and globally. ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certified, we have built turnkey treatment plants for textile, food, automotive, paper, chemical and many other industries — from centralized OIZ treatment to single-plant packaged systems, covering a broad capacity range.
Our in-house manufactured MBR, SBR, MBBR, packaged systems and RO units have been installed across Europe, the Middle East and all over Turkey including OIZs. Beyond installation, we provide long-term operation support, remote SCADA monitoring, and 24/7 on-site response after commissioning.

Our Company Story
Engineering Heritage
Arsistek started in 2003 as a small engineering office founded by 3 environmental engineers. Our first project was a 200 m³/day biological treatment plant for a textile factory in Bursa.
In 2010 we established our own manufacturing facility, becoming a package system producer. From 2015 we engaged with Anatolian OIZ centralized treatment projects. Since 2020 we have expanded internationally.
Where We Are Today
Today we have 500+ projects, 21 sectors, 10+ countries in our portfolio. From textile OIZ centralized plants to food industry package solutions, from automotive ZLD to municipal wastewater plants, we cover a wide spectrum.

Wastewater Treatment Process

Wastewater passes through coarse screening and grit chamber — large particles, stones and sand removed. pH and flow measured.
Equalization (flow/load balancing), coagulation-flocculation (PAC/alum dosing), primary clarification — 80%+ TSS removal.
Aerobic biological treatment — activated sludge or MBR. 95%+ BOD/COD removal. Nitrification-denitrification for nitrogen removal.
Ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis remove bacteria/viruses and dissolved salts. RO permeate reaches potable quality (conductivity <50 µS/cm).
UV (40 mJ/cm² dose) or controlled chlorine dosing achieves 4-log pathogen inactivation. Ready for discharge or reuse.
Treated water returned to plant (cooling tower, washing, CIP), landscape irrigation, or controlled discharge. Lower carbon footprint.
