Centralized 12,000 m³/day ozone + biological + GAC treatment plant designed and commissioned in 7 months. SCADA remote monitoring integrated.
Color reduced 95% to 150 Pt-Co; COD reduced 94% to 480 mg/L. Discharge compliance secured for all OIZ members, EIA risk eliminated.
Yogurt and cheese production effluent (BOD 3,500 mg/L, FOG) was fined for sewer discharge. Annual water cost reached 1.8M TL.
DAF + anaerobic UASB + MBR system installed. Treated water reused for CIP washing and external area cleaning.
