Package WWTP manufacturing covers the factory production of pre-assembled modular treatment systems for rapid on-site commissioning. With over 20 years of manufacturing experience, Arsistek produces OEM and contract systems for other treatment companies, engineering firms and contractors.
Our facility delivers stainless steel, carbon steel and GRP/PE tank fabrication, MBR membrane module installation, automation panels and complete piping. The buyer simply connects the unit on-site and commissions within 1-3 days.
Production capacity range is 5-2,000 m³/day. White-label branding, custom paint finishes and tailored automation options are available.

Most companies in the treatment sector focus on engineering and on-site assembly. Production is handled by experienced manufacturing facilities. Arsistek offers contract manufacturing and OEM production based on over 20 years of factory expertise.
Containerized, modular and project-specific package WWTPs are built in our own facility. Buyers receive a turnkey production service including mechanical components, equipment supply, tank fabrication, MBR/MBBR/SBR process build-up and automation software.
Our production line uses semi-automated welding, robotic cutting, pressure tests and final QC. Manufacturing is carried out in an ISO 9001 certified environment.

Production Process and QC
Our package manufacturing process is completed in 6 stages from engineering approval to on-site commissioning:
- Engineering & approval: Process and mechanical design prepared and approved.
- Material sourcing: Stainless/carbon steel, GRP, equipment and automation panels procured.
- Tank fabrication: Robotic cutting, laser marking, TIG/MIG welding lines.
- Piping & electrical: Pipework, valves, blower connections and panel assembly.
- Testing & QC: Pressure test, leak test, automation simulation, final inspection.
- Shipping & commissioning: Logistics, on-site assembly and start-up support.

We accept orders starting from a single unit. Standard 50, 100, 250 and 500 m³/day capacities ship from stock. Custom projects are designed independently of unit count.
Yes. We produce with your logo, corporate colors and label layout. Buyer branding can also appear on automation HMIs. NDA is signed.
Standard MBR/SBR/MBBR packages ship in 45-60 days. Custom projects take 75-120 days.
We build single units from 5 m³/day up to 2,000 m³/day. Higher capacities are reached by combining multiple modular units.
