Project Details
About the Package Treatment Project

This package treatment project carried out for Nermin Group in North Macedonia has a capacity of 1000 Persons / Day. The project was completed in 2024 as a turnkey solution. Additionally, the design, equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning processes were conducted within our company. This ensures a coordinated and error-free delivery to the customer.
Technical Specifications and Capacity
The basic technical parameters of the project are summarized in the table below. This information provides an overview of the project's scope, engineering requirements, and delivery process.
Applied Package Treatment Technology
The package wastewater treatment system is a compact solution pre-manufactured in a factory environment. All process equipment is gathered in a single module. It is transported to the site and commissioned within 1-4 weeks. This allows for installation that is 5-10 times faster compared to traditional concrete construction plants. Additionally, it provides compact space utilization. The possibility of modular expansion offers long-term advantages.
Sectoral Wastewater Evaluation
Accurate engineering design is fundamental to the success of the project. Wastewater characterization and target discharge limits determine the design output. Furthermore, SKKY compliance is a minimum requirement for every project.
Project Scope and Workflow
During the project, the following steps were carried out by our company. Thus, the turnkey delivery process was completed smoothly.
- Wastewater characterization analysis and sample examination
- Process design and engineering calculations
- Mechanical, electrical, and automation documentation
- Equipment procurement and factory acceptance tests
- On-site assembly and hydraulic tests
- Biological adaptation and commissioning
- Operator training and delivery of technical documentation
- SKKY compliance tests and official reporting
Results and Reference Value
At the end of the project, the effluent was produced at a quality that meets the SKKY (Water Pollution Control Regulation) discharge standards. Additionally, the facility is equipped with a modern automation infrastructure. This maximizes operational continuity and energy efficiency. For detailed technical information, you can refer to the What is Package Treatment guide. Additionally, our articles such as industrial wastewater treatment methods and SKKY discharge limits 2026 guide address different aspects of the topic.
