Package treatment facility is a compact-sized and modularly designed wastewater treatment system. Our package treatment systems, which have a wide range of applications from residential sites to organized industrial zones, and from hotels to industrial facilities, are offered as turnkey solutions.
What is a Package Treatment Plant?
Package treatment facilities/systems are compact treatment systems produced in the factory and transported to the site for the treatment of domestic and industrial wastewater. They are an ideal solution, especially for small and medium-sized settlements, holiday villages, industrial facilities, and construction sites.
This provides much faster installation and lower investment costs compared to traditional reinforced concrete facilities. Additionally, thanks to their modular structure, they can be easily expanded when an increase in capacity is required.
Our systems incorporate biological treatment, chemical treatment, and advanced treatment technologies within a single unit. Therefore, maximum treatment efficiency is achieved with minimum space usage. For higher capacities, you can check our MBR bioreactor systems.

How Does Package Treatment Work?
In the Package Treatment system, wastewater goes through the stages of preliminary treatment, biological treatment, and final sedimentation in sequence. In the biological reactor, microorganisms break down organic pollution.
In addition, the aeration system continuously provides oxygen to optimize biological activity. In the final sedimentation section, the treated water is separated from the sludge.
As a result, clean water that meets discharge standards is obtained. Additionally, since the system operates with PLC control, it requires minimal operator intervention. The facility can be monitored 24/7 through remote monitoring.

Wastewater Treatment Process

General flow applied in Industrial wastewater treatment plants. You can access detailed information by clicking on each stage.

Wastewater passes through coarse screening and grit chamber — large particles, stones and sand removed. pH and flow measured.
Equalization (flow/load balancing), coagulation-flocculation (PAC/alum dosing), primary clarification — 80%+ TSS removal.
Aerobic biological treatment — activated sludge or MBR. 95%+ BOD/COD removal. Nitrification-denitrification for nitrogen removal.
Ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis remove bacteria/viruses and dissolved salts. RO permeate reaches potable quality (conductivity <50 µS/cm).
UV (40 mJ/cm² dose) or controlled chlorine dosing achieves 4-log pathogen inactivation. Ready for discharge or reuse.
Treated water returned to plant (cooling tower, washing, CIP), landscape irrigation, or controlled discharge. Lower carbon footprint.
