In our production facility, stainless steel, carbon steel, and GRP/PE tank manufacturing, MBR membrane unit assembly, automation panel, and piping workmanship are carried out flawlessly. Thus, the customer company only needs to make the connections on-site and can commission the facility within 1-3 days.
Our production capacity ranges from 5 to 2,000 m³/day. If desired, options for labeling with the customer brand (white label), special color coating, and automation software tailored to customer requests are offered.

Container type, modular, and site-specific package treatment plants are produced in our own manufacturing facility. The client company receives turnkey production, including mechanical components, equipment supply, tank fabrication, MBR/MBBR/SBR process installation, and automation software.
Our production process includes semi-automatic welding lines, robotic cutting, pressure testing, and final quality control stages. Furthermore, manufacturing is conducted in an environment certified by the ISO 9001 quality system.

Production Process and Quality Control
Our Package Treatment manufacturing process is completed in 6 stages, from engineering approval to commissioning on site:
- Engineering & approval: A process and mechanical project is prepared according to customer demand, and customer approval is obtained.
- Material procurement: Stainless steel, carbon steel, GRP, equipment, and automation panels are procured.
- Tank manufacturing: Production is carried out in robotic cutting, laser marking, and TIG/MIG welding lines.
- Piping and electrical: Piping, valves, blower connections, and electrical panels are assembled.
- Testing & quality control: Pressure testing, leak testing, automation simulation, and final inspection.
- Shipping & commissioning: Logistics, on-site assembly, and commissioning support.

We accept orders starting from a single unit. Our stock model with standard capacities of 50, 100, 250, and 500 m³/day is delivered quickly. In special projects, design is carried out regardless of quantity.
Yes. We produce with the customer's logo, corporate color, and label design. The customer's brand can also be used on automation screens. An NDA will be signed.
Standard MBR/SBR/MBBR packages are delivered within 45-60 days. Special projects take between 75-120 days. Detailed information about MBR systems is available on our information page.
We can produce single units ranging from 5 m³/day to 2,000 m³/day. Multiple units can be combined with modular connections at higher capacities.
It depends on preference. You can only receive manufacturing, and you can perform the installation on-site with your own team. Alternatively, Arsistek also offers installation and commissioning support. Operation services can also be obtained.
2 years warranty on mechanical components, manufacturer warranty on MBR membranes (generally 3 years), and 1 year of free updates on automation software are provided. Details will be clarified in the contract.
