Our projects are carried out in a 6-stage process: 1) Feasibility and Exploration - Site inspection, wastewater analysis, and capacity determination. 2) Project Design - Process selection, mechanical and electrical projects. 3) Manufacturing - Equipment production in our own facilities. 4) Installation - On-site setup and mechanical/electrical assembly. 5) Commissioning - Testing and performance validation. 6) Operational Support - Training, remote monitoring, and periodic maintenance.
The delivery time varies according to the size of the project. For Package Treatment systems, 2-8 weeks is expected, for medium-sized facilities 2-4 months, and for large-scale industrial projects 4-6 months. An accelerated production schedule can be implemented for urgent needs.
All our systems are under a 2-year parts and labor warranty. Defective parts covered by the warranty will be replaced free of charge. Additionally, we ensure the efficient operation of your facility for a lifetime with the option of an annual maintenance contract after the warranty period. Remote SCADA monitoring provides the possibility for immediate intervention.
