What is a Trailer Water Treatment System?
Trailer water treatment systems are mobile water treatment solutions that are integrated in our factory onto a trailer and can be easily towed to the desired location by connecting to a vehicle. These systems convert well water, seawater, and municipal water into drinking water quality using advanced treatment technologies. Moreover, they achieve a 99% salt removal rate with reverse osmosis technology.
Trailer-type water treatment systems are specifically designed for military operations, field camps, operational areas, and civil emergency interventions. Additionally, they are ideal solutions for disaster areas, interventions after earthquakes and floods, construction site settlements, and temporary industrial uses. Therefore, they can be rapidly mobilized and put into operation in a short time.
As a result, our trailer water treatment systems are designed to meet the standard requirements of institutions such as the armed forces, defense industry, gendarmerie, coast guard, and disaster management organizations. Furthermore, special configurations compliant with military standards are also available. They offer a more agile solution compared to our container-type mobile RO systems.
Trailer water treatment units are produced in capacities ranging from 10 to 200 m³/day. There are options for single-axle or double-axle chassis. The system also includes spare parts, chemical stock, and an operator cabin. In addition, it can operate in areas without an electrical grid through generator integration. They are delivered in compliance with international military and civil defense standards for overseas projects. You can contact our 24/7 support team.

How to Commission the Trailer System?
When the trailer water treatment system arrives on site, it is detached from the towing vehicle and placed in an appropriate position. Additionally, stabilizing legs are deployed to secure the trailer. Then, the water source hose and electrical connections are made. This entire process takes approximately 30 minutes.
Raw water first goes through the pre-treatment stage. Large particles and chlorine are removed using a sand filter and an activated carbon filter. Thus, the membrane is protected. Afterwards, the water is directed to the RO membranes using a high-pressure pump.
As a result, clean water (permeate) is obtained thanks to the reverse osmosis system. Moreover, the UV disinfection option enhances microbiological safety. The concentrate flow (waste) is directed to a separate discharge line. The system reaches stable output quality within 4 hours and begins producing drinking water. The produced clean water is stored in an integrated clean water tank or transferred directly to distribution lines. All system parameters are monitored in real-time from the touch PLC screen inside the operator cabin. In abnormal situations, audible and visual alarms are activated. Additionally, remote SCADA connectivity provides centralized monitoring capability.

Detailed InformationFrequently Asked Questions
Trailer type systems can be easily transported anywhere with a towing vehicle and are designed for continuous mobile use. Container type mobile RO systems, on the other hand, are optimized for fixed installation and are units that can be transported by crane. Trailers are preferred when more agile and faster relocation is required.
It can be towed by a 4x4 pickup, van, military tactical vehicle, tractor, or heavy truck depending on the trailer capacity. Small capacity (10-50 m³/day) systems weigh between 1500-3000 kg and can be transported with standard vehicles. Large capacity systems require a special towing vehicle.
Yes, we manufacture in accordance with international standards for military applications. In addition, special configurations such as impact testing, camouflage paint, infrared blocking coating, ballistic protection, and chemical-biological (CBRN) filtration are provided upon request. We carry out special project design for armed forces, gendarmerie, coast guard, and defense industry organizations. Compliance with country-specific military standards is also ensured in overseas projects.
Yes, our trailer-type systems have a seawater RO (SWRO) configuration. A high-pressure pump (55-70 bar), special seawater membranes, and titanium connections are used. This allows for the production of drinking water from 100% seawater. It is an ideal solution for coast guard vessel support operations.
Yes, it can operate completely independently in areas without grid electricity with the integrated diesel generator option on the trailer. Additionally, solar panel-supported hybrid models and silent generator options for military operations are offered. The fuel tank has a capacity sufficient for 24-48 hours of continuous operation.
Treyler water treatment systems are produced specifically for the project. They are delivered within an average of 8-12 weeks after the order. In addition, there is an expedited production option for military and emergency response projects. During the production phase, our customer is invited to factory acceptance tests (FAT) and the system is fully tested before delivery.
