Mobile RO water treatment systems are portable solutions that integrate reverse osmosis technology on a container or trailer. They also offer quick installation in disaster areas, construction sites, military facilities, and temporary field applications. With a 99% salt removal rate, they produce clean water of drinking water quality from any water source. They can be commissioned within 24 hours.
What is a Mobile RO System?
Mobile RO water treatment systems are portable water treatment solutions that integrate reverse osmosis technology on a container, trailer, or fixed chassis. These systems are fully assembled at the factory and shipped to the site. Therefore, unlike traditional fixed facilities, they can be commissioned within 24 hours by simply connecting electricity and water supply.
Mobile RO systems are ideal solutions especially for disaster areas, emergency interventions after earthquakes and floods, construction site setups, military operations, temporary industrial uses, and seasonal facilities. Additionally, they can be used as a temporary solution in cases of maintenance or capacity shortages in your existing facility.
Our mobile RO systems are produced and designed specifically for the project. Furthermore, our containers are insulated structures resistant to weather conditions. Heating solutions are available in cold weather, and air conditioning solutions are available in hot weather. Moreover, thanks to the integrated spare parts stock inside the container, they operate continuously for long periods without requiring emergency intervention.
As a result, our mobile RO units can convert well water, seawater, tap water, and even surface waters into drinking water quality. They offer remote monitoring and operator-free operation through PLC and SCADA automation. The TDS value of our output water is below 30 mg/L and meets the TS 266 Drinking Water Standard. Additionally, safe water is obtained microbiologically with the UV disinfection option. We offer daily, monthly, or yearly rental options for seasonal needs or temporary uses. Municipalities, organized industrial zones, hospitality, and the industrial sector prefer our reliable mobile water treatment solutions. You can contact our 24/7 support team for mobile RO systems.

How to Commission Mobile RO?
When the mobile RO system arrives on site, it is commissioned in four simple steps. First, it is placed in the appropriate position on the container or trailer floor. Additionally, the electrical supply and raw water inlet line are connected. The placement process is completed within 1-2 hours with the help of a forklift or crane.
In the second stage, the pre-treatment units are activated. Water passes through the sand filter, activated carbon filter, and 5-micron cartridge filter in sequence. Thus, it is prepared in a way that will protect the membrane. In the third step, the high-pressure pump is activated, and the water is directed to the RO membranes. The concentrate flow (brine) is directed to a separate discharge line.
Mobile RO systems can also consume 30% less electricity with the energy recovery unit. This minimizes operational costs, especially in long-term operations. System performance can be monitored remotely via the 4G/GSM module. Moreover, in critical alarm situations, automatic notifications are sent to our central office.
As a result, the system reaches stable output quality within 1-2 hours and begins to produce clean water at drinking water quality. Additionally, the UV disinfection option can also guarantee microbiological safety. System performance, production rate, and water quality are monitored in real-time from the SCADA screen.

Detailed InformationFrequently Asked Questions
Mobile RO systems are produced specifically for the project and are delivered within an average of 6-10 weeks after the order. The production time varies according to capacity and specifications. During the production phase, our customer is invited to factory acceptance tests (FAT). The field installation is completed within 24-48 hours after delivery.
Mobile RO systems can operate across a wide range of water sources: municipal water, well water, seawater (with special SWRO membranes), surface waters (lakes, streams), and even treated wastewater. The pre-treatment configuration is customized according to the characteristics of the source water. You can find more information about reverse osmosis technology.
The duration of the need is a determining factor. Renting is advantageous for short-term needs between 1-6 months (disaster, construction site, seasonal). For continuous needs of 1 year and above, purchasing is more economical. For needs with uncertain terms, contracts with purchase options after renting are also possible.
Standard mobile RO systems operate with 380V three-phase electricity. Approximately 15-25 kW of power is required for a capacity of 100 m³/day. In remote areas where there is no city grid, an internal generator option is available. In addition, we also design hybrid models supported by solar panels.
No, mobile RO systems operate fully automatically. Thanks to PLC and SCADA control, they do not require an operator. System performance, production flow rate, quality parameters, and alarms are monitored over the internet with remote monitoring. Periodic maintenance requires technician inspection once or twice a month.
The TDS value of the mobile RO outlet water is below 30 mg/L and meets the TS 266 Drinking Water Standard. Clean water of drinking water quality is obtained in accordance with the standards of the Turkish Standards Institute. Moreover, it is also secured microbiologically with UV disinfection. With optional mineralization, taste and health values can be optimized.
