Vezirköprü Municipal Slaughterhouse is a wastewater treatment facility project implemented in Samsun with a capacity of 100 m³ / Day. It has been carried out under the Vezirköprü Municipality. The project was completed in 2016 as a turnkey solution. Additionally, the design, equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning processes were conducted within our company. Slaughterhouse wastewater contains high levels of blood, fat, oil, and grease (FOG) and organic load. The COD values typically range between 3,000-8,000 mg/L. Additionally, nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations are also high. DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) pre-treatment is mandatory in this sector. Subsequently, high-efficiency treatment is achieved through a biological process.
