28 textile facilities in the zone were exceeding discharge limits with high color (3,500 Pt-Co) and COD (8,000 mg/L). EIA non-compliance risk was imminent.
Centralized 12,000 m³/day ozone + biological + GAC treatment plant designed and commissioned in 7 months. SCADA remote monitoring integrated.
Color reduced 95% to 150 Pt-Co; COD reduced 94% to 480 mg/L. Discharge compliance secured for all OIZ members, EIA risk eliminated.
Yogurt and cheese production effluent (BOD 3,500 mg/L, FOG) was fined for sewer discharge. Annual water cost reached 1.8M TL.
DAF + anaerobic UASB + MBR system installed. Treated water reused for CIP washing and external area cleaning.
98% BOD removal, 720K m³/year water recovered. Biogas energy saves 240K TL/year on electricity.
